Bristol Welly Walk

Wiseman gives it welly for St Anne's Hospice!

The people of Wales are being asked to give it some ‘welly’ by taking part in the area’s first ever Wiseman Welly Walk to raise money for St Anne’s Hospice.
Putting their best food forward to launch the Wiseman Welly Walk are pupils from Malpas Church Junior School and Thornwell Primary School.

Wiseman Welly Walks are for the whole family, even the dog can come along. Participants pay a small entry fee (£15 for adults and £10 for children) which can include a pair of Wiseman’s famous cow print wellies.

And all entry fees and sponsorship monies raised from the Wiseman Welly Walk go straight to the hospice.

The event takes place on Sunday 16th September 2012, across the Severn Bridge. Anyone who is willing to walk the 5 mile course can take part.

The Hospice’s exceptional care is provided free of charge, regardless of denomination, culture or financial circumstances. It requires £1.3m a year to run the hospice with approximately £1m of that having to be raised from voluntary donation.

Registration is now open and you can register a number of different ways:
